Post those recipes!

If you have a favorite recipe you would like to share, now is the time to post it. (Hey, you can even post your significant other's favorite recipe if you don't cook. *smile*) If you work it right, your post could bring you exposure from two great sources:

• I am hosting Sunday's edition of Carnival of the Recipes - the theme is Company's Coming. Just post a recipe(s) that you would serve company. Then e-mail the link(s) to your post(s) or go to the submission page and fill out the form. It's that simple! If you would like to see a past carnival, two of my favorites have been the Run for the Border Edition and the Slow Cooking Edition.
• You can also check into submitting your recipe in the Mom's Niche Recipe Challenge. Here are the remaining deadlines. Entrees: March 5, 2007 - 11:59pm EST
  Desserts: March 12, 2007 - 11:59pm EST So you have until 11:59pm tonight to post your entree recipe and submit it for the contest.
